How can I change/ cancel my reservation?

Passengers should contact the agency that they originally issued the ticket from or contact fly Oya main office.

How is View/ Change bookings accessible?

Go to the home page of our website (www.oya.ly/en) and click on the View/ Change booking option. The reservation record can be accessed through the six- letter OYA Booking Reference Number/ PNR, Last Name (as mentioned in the booking)

Would I be able to change my origin and destination through the View/Change Booking facility?

You will not be able to change your origin and destination through the View/ Change Booking facility, but passengers can change/ cancel their reservation and create a new reservation through the regular booking procedure. 

Baggage Services

Claiming your bag

Hang on to your baggage claim tickets; you may have to show your ticket to claim your bags. The airport baggage office will release bags to the person with the baggage claim ticket that matches. If you lose your ticket, we may ask for ID.

Delayed bags

For your baggage failed to be delivered to you, you can contact our representative the Lost and Found Office of the Ground Services company providing service at the airports.

Lost Baggage

If your baggage has not been delivered to you at your destination point after your flight, you can contact our representative the Lost and Found Office of the Ground Services company providing service at the airports.

Damaged / Missing Item

If you identify that any damage has occurred on your tagged baggage, you must first apply to Fly Oya Lost and Found Office at the airports or the Lost and Found Office of the Ground Services company providing service before leaving the airport, and have a report issued with your documents.

Your forgotten belongings on our planes or in our lounges are taken under record. In such cases, the pecuniary losses that may arise shall be under the responsibility of our passengers.
